This is a renovation project for a 3-storey terrace house. We carried out piling and structural elevation for the rear section, converting the backyard into an additional three levels. All internal finishes were stripped and renovated. Small-diameter piles were adopted for this project, which delivered remarkable final results with excellent cost performance.
